CERCLE Collab member benefits vary in type and intensity from services available through the Office of Early Childhood Staff Family Child Care Network membership.
CERCLE’s shared services alliance, CERCLE Collab, is supported through public and private funding. It is a paid membership service available to family child care home, group home, before and after school, and center-based providers with a shared belief in CERCLE’s mission to improve the education outcome of Black and Latino children in Connecticut.
CERCLE Collab’s early childhood education shared resources alliance strengthens businesses and enhances program quality for Black and Latinx providers and programs serving underserved communities in the Greater New Haven area.
