Financial stability is crucial to the success of early care and education programs. Many early childhood educators face significant and persistent economic challenges that threaten program operations and impair providers’ ability to promote high-quality learning experiences, widening the gap in education outcomes for Black and Latinx children.
CERCLE’s approach improve business practices so early care and education providers serving children and families of color can prioritize the learning environment and enable higher-performing programs. Early care and education professionals can:
Leverage our network resources that uses a shared services model for child care programs.
Hire from our pool of trained teachers from CERCLE’s Early Care and Education Teacher Apprenticeship Program.
Take advantage of the shared knowledge and expertise from fellow Early Childhood Educators in our network. CERCLE Collab is proud to serve more than 80 child care programs located in the Greater New Haven area and Bridgeport.
CERCLE recruits candidates from the Greater New Haven community. Our apprenticeship program offers peer mentorship, supportive services, and contextualized learning, developing high-quality teachers. Training opportunities for full-time Early Education teaching positions and CERCLE Relief Squad are available for 2021.
